Red Oak ISD Continues Commitment to Customer Care
Red Oak ISD guided by the leadership of Scott Niven, superintendent, has committed to increasing the success of the district's communication system. His stated expectation is that all communication be clear and effective with the use of customer care principles.
Increasing Red Oak ISD campuses' parent/community involvement through the use of customer service techniques will transform the parent-teacher-student relationship. Conferences, written correspondence, and telephone conversations will increase in frequency as they become powerful, interactive and productive with the positive impressions needed for a successful education system. Parents not traditionally active in the school setting will notice this change. Those parents already involved will feel increased respect for their child's teacher and school while feeling compelled to share their positive impressions.
