July 17 through the 21, 2006 was one of the hottest weeks on record and not just because of the heat, NAEOP (National Association of Educational Office Professionals) was in Addison Texas at the Intercontinental Hotel. Texas was proud to offer an impressive list of classes for the Institute. NAEOP members were treated to the most popular classes currently taught under our state certification program. A Texas favorite, Brenda Jean Patrick, led training both days for Educational Credit. Since her first appearance at a TESA event some seven years ago, she has not missed an annual conference and her classes always have to be held in the largest room. The participants of Brenda Jean's customer care class were committed to quality service in their home school districts/states ( NE,VA,WA,ID,KY,SC,TX,KS,MN,AR,SD,MO,NC) and demonstrated that commitment as they attended class each day and completed field assignments during the evening hours. That is truly commitment!
